Rayon Fabric

Rayon, also called viscose, is a soft cellulose fibre that drapes well and feels cool on the skin. This collection includes viscose rayon, French rayon, rayon crepe and modal in plain and printed designs.

Rayon drapes softly and feels cool, so it is a standard choice for kurtis, dresses, shirts, co-ords and trousers.

Check weight and weave. Lighter rayons suit kurtis and scarves, while heavier rayon twills suit trousers.

Viscose and rayon are soft but can shrink, so pre-wash or steam before cutting. Wash gently in cool water and iron on a medium setting while slightly damp.
