About poplin fabric

Poplin is a tightly woven plain-weave fabric with fine ribs across the width. It feels smooth and crisp, resists wrinkling better than looser weaves, and holds colour and print well. This range includes Wonder Poplin and printed cotton poplin.

How to choose

Check the fibre and weight on each product. Cotton poplin is breathable for shirts, while blends can add crease resistance and stretch.

Range, uses and pricing

The range has 16 designs. Prices start from ₹150 per metre. Common uses include shirts, shirt dresses, kidswear, blouses, uniforms and home textiles. Fabrics are sold by the metre, and most are 150 cm wide.

Care and sewing tips

Cotton can usually be washed warm and ironed at a high setting. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, because cotton can shrink slightly the first time.
