Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operational processes and ensure adherence to documented procedures.
· Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and recommend enhancements.
· Coordinate with sales teams to align and streamline processes.
· Maintain process documentation—SOPs, workflows, manuals—and keep them up-to-date.
· Provide training and support to team members on new procedures or tools.
· Audit processes to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
· Track and report process performance using KPIs and data insights.
· Serve as the first point of contact for process-related issues—resolving them or escalating as needed.
